Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces Hpnotiq
• 1 ounce Dry Vermouth 
• 1/2 ounce Scotch, use a single malt

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Mix the HPNOTIQ and the vermouth in a old-fashioned glass with ice.

Give a quick brief stir in the glass.

Finish the cocktail by floating the Scotch on top of the drink over the back of a bar spoon.
